(C) औपचारिक संगठन व अनौपचारिक संगठन को समझाइए ।

2. लोक प्रशासन की परिभाषा देते हुए उनके कार्यक्षेत्र एवं प्रकृति की विवेचना कीजिए ।
Describe the nature and scope of Public Administration along with its definition.

3. संगठन के सिद्धांतों से आप क्या समझते हैं ? इनके महत्व पर प्रकाश डालिए ।
What do you understand by Theories of Organization? Throw light on its importance.

4. वित्तीय प्रशासन से आप क्या समझते हैं ? अच्छे वित्तीय प्रशासन के तत्वों का वर्णन कीजिए ।
What do you understand by Financial Administration? Explain the requisites of a healthy Financial Administration.

5. मुख्य कार्यपालिका से आप क्या समझते हैं ? इसके कार्यों का उल्लेख कीजिए ।

7. नवीन लोक प्रशासन के उद्भव के कारणों पर प्रकाश डालिए । परम्परागत लोक प्रशासन से इसके अन्तर को स्पष्ट कीजिए ।
Elucidate the causes for the emergence of New Public Administration. Specify its difference from the Traditional Public Administration.

8. सुशासन तथा उत्तरदायी शासन का अर्थ, प्रमुख विशेषताओं एवं स्थापना के मार्ग में आने वाली बाधाओं का वर्णन कीजिए ।
